New Years Pics

I'm a little slow in getting these out. I've been busy. Between planning for grad school, work, music, soccer, and other endeavors, I've had little time for much else.

Something funny before pictoral phantasmagoria...

Whenever I see a couple holding hands while walking on the street, I head straight for the middle and try to separate them. Its my way of testing how healthy of a relationship they have. If they freak out and try to go past on one side, I conclude that they are way too attached to each other and one of them will reach a breaking point some day. If instead they calmly walk on either side of me, they can handle being separated if but for a few seconds.

Me and my friend Miriam from Sweden. She had an internship at the UN. We used to go get lunch every week and talk about how much we hated people. She left to go back to Ethiopia to finish her studies at university.

Miriam said 6 of her Swedish fans were coming for vacation and wanted to know if I wanted to hang out with them for New Years. I said yes. Here are two of them. They are twins named Olga and Helga (or something like that) I invite the readers of this blog to come up with a caption for what I'm thinking.

I told Helga that I was the only one with the key to her heart.

One of Miriam's friends trying to convince me to wear the stupid New Year's hat.

I happily obliged.

I will make an attempt to make more posts with pictures.
